Experience and Expertise
Curtin Whitcombe LLC was formed in 2020 by Partner Kathleen Curtin (ret.) and Managing Partner Rebecca Whitcombe. Prior to its formation, Rebecca spent 20 years practicing family law as a litigator, mediator, and child representative, while Kathleen established and developed a practice focused solely on retirement division. Kathleen became known for her superior knowledge of all things QDRO-related.
